Securities Office: Reporting Issuers

The current list of Reporting Issuers is available here.

Please note that a reporting issuer is not in default in Nunavut if:

• it is not in default in its principal jurisdiction;
• it does not appear on the Canadian Securities Administrator's Cease Trade Orders Database; and
• it does not appear as being in default on the Nunavut Reporting Issuers List.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this list, its accuracy cannot be guaranteed. A reporting issuer that does not appear on this list or that has inappropriately been noted in default should contact the Nunavut Securities Office promptly.
